The Strike of Municipal Employees in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for higher salary hike is one of the bad precedence supported by the Governments. Its become trend for Government Employees to demand for higher salaries irrespective of Economic Conditions in both states.
Successive Governments for the fear of failure in the elections giving blind support to the demands of Government Employees.
The main question is who are going to pay these higher cheques. Will KCR or CBN, who pays their salary. We the people have to pay the salaries of these public servants irrespective of their services by paying extra taxes.
If we keep on increasing the salaries without looking into the economic conditions, than our country have to bring more debts from International Markets, which in turns will have long standing impacts on our country.
We must implement a scientific approach to increase the salaries on performance basis.
