As per the Indian constitution, every individual is having rights of Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Thought and Freedom of Movement. No individual can dicatate others on "How to Live", "How to Move". But there is a thin line between private life and public life.As we all know private life is constitionally guaranteed, but how we behave in public life must be as per the social order/social culture. If we move against social order/social culture in the name of freedom than society will retaliate.Love is not a sin, showing affection is not a sin, but showing these virtues in public is not appropriate in Indian context.Goving to Pubs, Partying with friends, men and women moving freely is absolutely acceptable. But naturally there is sexual attraction between men and women. So men and women moving in isolated locations, either men going to womens hostels or women going to mens hostel may invite unwanted situations.Every individual have a right to move freely, but we should know our boundaries.Coming to Moral policing, this is an act of Talibans. I hope it had no place in India. No one can enforce moral on others, vandalizing in the name of Morals is no acceptable.
The need of hour is Moral Education not Moral policing. Every individual must be taught on how to behave in public places in schools n Colleges. At last it must be left to individuals on how to behave and how to move, If the individuals is crossing the line, than we are having police stations, we can complain to them, but lets not take law into our hands. Finally we don't need KISS OF LOVES, we don't require MORAL POLICING.
I know how to live freely, even I know my boundaries.
